Alarming details have come to light in recent days about the events surrounding the new district maps in Wisconsin. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel was the first to uncover memos containing the details of the secret pledges taken by Republican Lawmakers. The unusual practice of signing such a pledge has come under scrutiny.
